What should I do? What even is it?? Will it burn my skin off???

I’m having the basic withdrawal symptoms of stopping an addiction, it’s gotten really bad recently. I cut again a few weeks ago because it’s easier to slow down than stop all together and it was the first time I cut somewhere visible to others. Just a single cut but it felt so good to finally be able to see it whenever I want. I have this incredible desire to cut more on visible places on my body but my parents don’t know that I cut. Any advice on how to control these urges? (Picture posted is of my one visible cut in question)
