Weird RTX 3070 Ti gigabyte OC temps

I sent my card to get repasted by someone and since I got it back. Now the temps seems like they are worse? For example when I play the Witcher 3, the temps can go up rapidly in under 5 mins to 86 degrees. I’ve had this pc for around 5 years and when I got this pc I played cyberpunk at ultra settings with the rtx on ultra and the temps were not like that like AT ALL. So now I’m wondering if it’s the case because when I take off the side panel the temps goes down to 80 and the front glass panel infront of my intake it goes down to 77. (The case is Matrexx 50 by deepcool and is a new egg prebuilt)

Or I don’t know if I’m crazy but the guy that repasted my card did a bad job? Because I’ve never seen these temps on my gpu and my gpu has never been this loud in my 5 years of owning this card. And even now when I’m watching videos on YouTube and I’m hearing my loud ass gpu fans on the desktop and I’m idling at around 47-51 when back then I was idling at 41 and sometimes I’m idling at 44 today

How should I fix? Cuz I don’t really want to spend on a new gpu with these awful prices

What the hell are those sounds?

I got an AIO installed by someone around 3 weeks ago and I have the same pc for around 5 years. The thing is since the AIO installation I’ve been kinda paranoid about the temps and sounds. When I was running a game. This is what the pc sounded like and I feel like it’s kinda loud? When I took off the side panel it felt like it was coming either from the pump or the gpu. Now I’m wondering if I’m having a failing pump or it’s something about the gpu. I have other videos to show but I just can’t send them.

Are those normal sounds or is there something wrong with my pc?

I got this AIO installed about 3 weeks ago and I keep trying to figure out if what I’m hearing is normal. It’s a be quiet light loop 240mm and the temps are great and all but I’m just wondering if those sounds are fine? I’m also wondering if it’s not coming from the gpu too. I’m running Witcher 3 in the background in ultra with next gen version if that can help. I’m curious if it’s juste the pump doing normal sounds or if there is actually something wrong with my pc.

Is this the thing that’s called humming?

I’ve had this pc for the past 5 years and I just recently changed my AIO and I got this be quiet light loop 240mm. My old pump (it had the abs logo on it) made some weird sounds before like a loud "viouuuuuu" when it was doing some heavy load. But this new one make this lower low like "vummm" (it’s not there constantly it just happens sometimes and its short)

I’m not an AIO expert so I would like to know if this is normal? Or even if an AIO should be making at least some noise (I’m running stress test on the video above) I’m kinda hopping that it sounds fine cuz idk I’ve never really payed attention to my temps like 4 years ago and every tiny noise with a new piece of hardware makes me wonder if it’s broken or just in a bad state or wtv.

Idle gpu temps high rtx 3070 TI gigabyte OC?

I sent my pc to someone who builds pc and all for the installation of a new AIO and I also asked him if he could repaste my gpu because I thought that high 70s was bad on Witcher 3. When I got back the pc I tested everything on OCCT and the temps on 100% on Gpu were a 77 stable. But on idle tho, I’m doing 48-51. And before sending my pc to the guy it was 41 idle. So now I’m confused on how to fix this cuz the guy told me that he did it carefully and that it wasn’t his first time doing it when I texted him about it. He also told me that he switched the gpu from OC to silent and asked me to switch it back, and it didn’t do a big difference. What should I do? And am I getting worried for no reason?

(To be fair, back then I wasn’t checking a whole bunch my temps until a week ago)
