Best settings for GTA IV on Ryzen 3 3200g, Radeon Vega 8, 8 GB ram
Hello I might download GTA IV complete edition again I wanna know the best settings for it if possible in 1080p@60hz. If not possible I am free to downgrade to like 720p or 768p. Oh I also forgot I'm on Windows 11 25h2 where I ran chris titus tool to debloat it

High ping problem
I get connection issues only on Roblox, any game I play has people stuttering leading me to lose most of the times in games like bedwars etc. On any other multiplayer game like Minecraft it doesn't happen at all and websites load fine, and in case anyone asks here are my computer's specs
- AMD Ryzen 3 3200g
- AMD Radeon Vega 8
- Kingston SA400S37240G
- Kingston KHX3200C16D4/8GX (single channel)
Graphics quality on Roblox is set to 3 which makes me no physical lag like game stutter but people moving do stutter, I wanna fix this but I don't know how. I am from Serbia if that helps too

Can you add some more cpus and igpus like the Ryzen 3 3200g with Vega 8 graphics? I can't properly display my PC specs without going for a 2200g which I don't have and a GTX 1050 ti which I also don't have
