Black spot on nepenthes leaf?
im pretty new to owning carnivorous plants, and this is my first nepenthes. Is this a cause for concern? I read about bacterial infections and sunburn so I am wondering if this is one of those. There was another leaf with this issue but i cut it off.

I found this mushroom with no gills or pores, this is a conundrum to me, is it very young or parasitized? Please tell me what it is!
I am located in Wisconsin. (Don’t worry, there are more in the area, i did not pull out the only one there is.)
