V60 question

I have a small dent on this outer trim at the bottom of the doors. I want to fix it because when I go through the car wash pieces of the washer gets stuck and leaves behind torn pieces of the washer is left on my car trim. Any idea of the name of this part and approximately the cost in the US

2022 Inscription v90, 45k miles, one owner . Yes or no to purchase. Car Fax history looks good other than going 20k miles before getting the oil changed! That has me concerned as well as needing a new battery at 6k miles?
