ECG Data not showing

Today I have noticed that the data from my ECG is not showing, every time I take a reading it is showing like I haven't done one before.

Poor Battery?

My phone was fully charged this morning when I got up for work at around 6am, 13 hours later I'm on 5%.

I thought the Find X9 Pro was meant to be a battery monster?

Silverstone upgrade question.

I purchased two General Admission tickets for me and my partner and also got two free tickets for kids, I have been receiving emails about upgrading to a grandstand seat at a cost.

If I do upgrade, will I have to pay for my kids or will I get 2 free seats?

Terrible for overheating.

My Oppo Find X 9 Pro only has to sit in the sun for a minute or so and it overheats, I've never seen a phone so delicate, is this normal?

Surely it's not all in my head?

Today I was digging the garden over in 32⁰C direct sunlight for a couple of hours and afterwards I started getting really bad left jaw pain.

I took 3 75mg of aspirin and the pain eventually abated after about 20 mins.

I wasn't feeling anxious or anything and was preoccupied with digging so it's not like I was on the verge of panic.

But, I had an ECG on Saturday just gone and all was ok, I know I suffer from health anxiety but surely all this can't be in my head.

I mean why is the jaw pain always on the left side, why do I get chest pain only on the left side, same with chest pain.

I'm almost certain they are missing something or it's a case of nothing showing at that particular moment I have an ECG.

I think I'm going to pay private and get an echo stress test, something is not right and I don't know what to do.

Years of stress, 5 years of constant panic attacks, sleeping 2-4 hours per night/day, irregular shift patterns, high LDL, it's basically a certainty that this is the heart and not anxiety IMO.

Best viewpoint at Silverstone?

I'm going to watch MotoGP this year and looking for recommendations in the grandstands.

I've been there a few times to watch F1 but I've always picked general admission tickets as I like to see action from different vantage points, but I've been offered to upgrade my tickets so looking for possible options.

Silverstone MotoGP Upgrade.

I've just received an email stating I can upgrade by General Admission tickets to a Grandstand, when I click on the link I can't see the option to do so? Any ideas?

2027?

What are the predictions for 2027? Are these bikes going to seconds slower per lap, if so, they will be slower than WSB? That doesn't sit right with me at all.

As for the bikes, what riders do you predict will shine with the lighter 850cc's and new Pirelli tyres?

Cardiophobia/Panic attacks.

Since 2022 I've been suffering from severe panic attacks/anxiety, particularly cardiophobia.

I get all sorts of symptoms, chest pain, chest heaviness, palpitations, rapid heart rate for 30mins +, left arm pain, jaw pain, and then the typical panic attack symptoms, a fear of impending doom, like I'm going to collapse and die from cardiac arrest or heart attack.

I've been to A&E at least several times, perhaps even a dozen times, each and every time my ECG's and blood tests have come back ok.

In 2018 I had an echocardiogram and in November 2022 I also had a stress test, again, both fine, but, no matter how many times I get the all clear I still get the symptoms and still think that the docs have missed something.

I have read a few books on anxiety, watched countless videos, and I understand that it may well all be anxiety, but this doesn't stop me obsessing about my heart health and mortality, and once I get some symptoms, nothing can really get me out of that headspace.

I abused my body in my late teens up until my early 30's with drink & cocaine, my job also includes night shift work which I know is terrible for heart health, and to top it off, i only manage 3-5 hours sleep on average, all a recipe for disaster.

I'm at a loss on what to do, I've tried online group CBT but it wasn't for me, it just didn't work.

I know that even if I don't have heart problems, I soon will due to all this stress & anxiety.

What causes this?

I'm 41 and only had these symptoms for a few years now, but since 2022 I started suffering from severe panic attacks and anxiety that has never fully resolved.

Surely stress/anxiety alone can't cause this?

Terrible stabilization?

I noticed that at higher zoom levels the stabilization is terrible in the FindX 9 Pro.

I'm currently on holiday and we were taking pics of an island in the distance, my partners iPhone could take the image no bother, but at the same zoom level my phone was shaking all over, and it maximum zoom it's basically impossible to get a still shot holding the phone free hand.

Best Circuit in Europe?

I've been to a few MotoGP races back in the 90's and 00's at Donington Park.

I fancy going to view a race in Europe, what circuits do you recommend for views and the all-round experience?

Around a month ago I started with a tickly throat and then came down with quite bad cold like symptoms, bad body aches, fatigue, and I also got a bad chest and terribly stuffy sinuses. It lasted for around two weeks and the lingering cough for about another two weeks.

I'd just about cleared the cough when a couple of days I started getting the same symptoms I got a month or so again, stuffy nose, little cough, sneezing, foggy head and slight malaise.

I'm wondering if this sounds like an allergy or am I just getting repeated viruses?
