...... last month I installed my first guppy tank..

I need a second tank. I'm gonna keep the boys and girls separately 😂😂 Used to own guppies throughout my childhood. I was craving for the sentiment of it. What was I thinking. In 2 years we'll need to move into a bigger house 😂😂😂

I'll be changing the baby's pot daily until I get myself a 2nd aquarium. 3th actually, we own a crab too.

Smoker on teak.

Asked my bf who to paint, he replied: Smoker

My dad gave me a box of these square teak leftovers from his job as a Ship/deck maker. Didn't know what to do with them yet. I'll be painting more characters I guess. 😌

Opened up the wrong app

Someone send me an Instagram reel with Moroccans 'celebrating' in Den Haag, I swiped, angry, then I was surprised at these Germans for cheering me up. Thanks Hans.

Update on the tank I started up with guppies from day 1.

Update on my thank: Got my water tested and it's fine. Haven't lost any guppies so far. I just fed them so they're going wild 😂 I'm considering getting another tank and place the males and females separately, then maybe buy a new male every once in a while and let it mingle with a female because at this rate I'll have 150 guppies next year 🥸🫡 I had guppies throughout my childhood, I'm sitting on the floor every night (throughout the day too) to stare at them. Feel like a kid again.

I didn't have it running for 2 weeks but I worked out for me, I think it's week 3 now of running.

Ponyo 🧡

I rearranged Ponyo's room, he's adorable. His current theme is "after the storm" 😂

Started this tank up on saturday.

I started it up with filtered water, I'm checking the water daily, and doing water changes daily. So far the water is perfect. I started it up with new plants from a self service fridge and 2 plants from another store out of a aquarium that was running with fish in it. I used starter for the filter and starter for the water condition.. I also used shrimp 'soil' with ph6 as nutritional soil.. and I threw in a couple of scoops of shrimp/crab food (algae) and a couple of pinches of food from all the types of fish I owned before to get a mixture of 'good' bacteria in there.

So far everything seems to go great, there's baby guppies already.. I just need to buy more females because I accidentally bought 10 endler males on top of my 3 males and 6 normal females.... they came from a mix female/male aquarium and all happened to be male...

Its a 10.3 gallon aquarium.

Fresh start

Used to have guppies for years. I'm starting over. I loved seeing them mix up and create new colors. I wonder what it's gonna be like as a grow adult myself. I bought 3 males 6 females...

Not sure on their types. Got a green, red and neon'ish male.

I took 70 pictures for these few to turn out sharp 😂

Begrijpelijk hoor.

In de meeste gevallen die hier voorbij komen snap ik de keuze voor naamsverandering.

Gewoon doen!

Advice for kitchen

I randomly picked up a couple of colors I liked and most of them matched my floor,

I want a warm brown tint and I'm wondering wich gets the most likes, I am down to 6 colors.

Last picture is with the added 3 I didn't like.

Rest of the room with living attached is white/off white, beige, black and green, but from the kitchen you can't see the green wall.
