I am done with EM5 after getting 5 bottles from them none lasts more than 2-3 hours and saw a post with someone saying it projects upto 5 feet I mean even the originals doesn't have that much projection.
Sorry to say this but right now its much more valuable to get 30 ml decants of middle eastern frags than any Indian house.

Why even mention a return policy if you won't honor it, Zepto?
Ordered a bedsheet from Zepto and the quality was honestly terrible. The product page clearly said return/exchange available within 3 days if the packaging is intact.
I didn't even use it. Packaging is exactly as it was, and I requested the return well within 3 days.
Customer support's response? This item isn't returnable.
Then why was the return policy mentioned on the product page in the first place? Feels like they're just hoping customers won't question it.
I've mailed them, but if they still refuse, I'm taking it to consumer court. Has anyone managed to get Zepto to reverse a decision like this?

Ordered ice cream from Zepto and it arrived completely melted, refrozen and full of ice crystals. Literally inedible. Clearly a storage or handling issue from their side.
