I’ve been on MJ since August 2025, so 14 months, and have lost 19kgs so far…verrryyyy slowwlllyyyy! I was losing so much hair every time I washed it but since going up to 10mg it’s magically stopped! Anyone else had this happen?

I’ve been on 10mg dose since mid July, almost 2 months and the losses are sooo sloowwww! I don’t want to move up to 12.5mg quite yet but thinking of maybe splitting it and going to 11.25. Has anyone done that and had results? I’m click counting 40 clicks from 15mg pen so it would be 45 clicks. Just feel the closer I get to having to be on 15mg the more guilty I’ll feel spending $689/month when at the moment I can stretch a pen to 7 weeks 😫
I managed 6 full doses and just extracted .30ml from the remaining liquid with a syringe - so close to a 7th full dose! Then click counted 10 clicks from next new pen for the remaining amount needed for a full 10mg dose.
FYI - I don’t prime the pen - if I see a drop then I’m good!
Went to a fancy buffet the other night - first time in the 12 months that I’ve been on MJ - how disappointing 😂 I wasn’t going to ‘pig out’ anyway but nothing was really that appealing anymore! Was expensive too (Crown)! Had a little bit of roast meat and some veggies, a spoonful of chorizo pasta and a couple of mouthfuls of dessert. Guess I won’t be going to a buffet again any time soon! 🤣🤣
I am click counting 10mg from a 15mg pen. I’ve just taken the 6th dose from the pen and I believe, based on when I click counted 7.5mg and had 30 clicks left, that I may only have 20 clicks left from this pen. So I’ll need another 20 clicks from a new pen for a full dose next week.
Therefore, should I extract the remaining from the old pen with an insulin syringe and inject that and then use the new pen to inject the remaining dose once I’ve confirmed what’s left in the old pen? Or should I use the insulin syringe and extract from the old pen and the new pen up to 0.4ml and just do one injection??
Does it even matter which way I do it?

For those of us who get the red/itchy injection site rash - does how much you lose weekly match how red/itchy your rash is? Because I swear the itchier mine are the more I lose that week! Probably in my head but curious if anyone else has the same experience 😂

Just took shot 9 from new pen and now it’s empty - so just confirming you only get 1 golden dose out of the new pens, not 2 as previously when click counting 7.5mg from 15mg pen!
Where is the line?? How do you be in a deficit whilst not under-eating?
I am on 7.5mg from a 15mg pen (new one with the stopper 😫). I have 2 definite shots left and 1 potential golden dose. Yesterday I had a Dr appointment and she told me I could go up to 10mg if I want. I have no side effects, barely any food noise, but consider myself a slow responder.
Based on my Shotsy, would you stay on 7.5mg for the remaining 3 shots of the pen or go up to 10mg and only get 2 more shots out of the pen?
Side note - the flat line in Dec/Jan we were on holidays and I didn’t have scales to weigh in but still jabbed 😊

Maybe I expected too much but after being on 5mg for 6 months and a 2 month stall, I went up to 7.5mg (30 clicks from a 15mg pen) and my progress in these last 6 shots is so slow and disappointing- did anyone else take a while for the up’d dose to kick in or was it straight away?
What are the chances realistically of a course swap? Obviously high grades needed for Sports Science but are there usually places available? Thanks in advance!
I took my first 7.5mg shot on Friday. Have zero food noise but my stomach is rumbling and I feel hungry but not starving! Anyone else felt this moving up?
I think majority of us get from CWH so wondering if Priceline have more stock with the golden dose still 🤔
I know we have lost our full golden dose, but how much liquid are we actually expecting will be left? I have bought a 15mg pen today as I’m moving up to 7.5mg so I’m wondering if for those of us who are counting clicks, while we won’t be getting a full dose like before, maybe there will be still be enough for a smaller dose, like taking 7.5mg from 15mg pens. Am I making sense?? 😂
I don’t see a lot of people who have success moving up to 7.5mg. Mostly I see people who can stay on 2.5mg or 5mg the whole time or are on 12.5mg or 15mg - does anyone have any good news stories on 7.5mg before I ask to go up tomorrow at my dr appt? 🤞🏻Thank you 😊
