Anything they spend sustained time on is always good. Some kids just want to scribble and go through paper but I am always impressed when they take their time; their attention span is so challenged these days!

The internet (pbuh) told me to soak the seeds in water for at least 48hrs; I did so and two sprouted, the healthiest of which I have upgraded to a pot. Super open to advice, I just like watching stuff grow.
