OOC: (sequel to this post)
THE AMULET FROM THE CITIES OF HEAVEN CONTAINS AN EVIL TIGER GOD AND NOW THIS YOUNG GIRL IS AT RISK OF BEING POSSESSED BY THE ENTITY WITHIN PLEASE BELIEVE ME I READ ON MYTHOLOGY AND FOLKLORE AND ALL THAT
IT'S GREAT THAT SHE HELPED TAKE DOWN FISK BUT SHE IS ENDANGERING US BY NOT KEEPING THE AMULET CONTAINED SOMEWHERE FOREVER
PLEASE GUYS IF ANYONE WANTS TO HELP ME TAKE AWAY HER AMULET COME FIND ME 2 BLOCKS AWAY FROM AVENGERS TOWER AT 9 PM AND WE'LL GO FIND HER PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I AM NOT CRAZY OR INSANE
I think Brenda's a really great character and it's annoying to see how Heart of the Dragon handled her. I'd love to see her return and actually become Danny's girlfriend despite everything, or at least a close friend.
I could imagine Danny sticking with her despite everything and helping her get over her vengeance, similar to how he did for Joy Meachum.
Hey all! I'm a person who has recently finished reading ALL of Iron Fist from start to finish and I want to help anybody else interested in doing the same.
My list will be featuring all necessary to read and mostly notable Iron Fist related appearances for the mythos. Feel free to ask why something is and isn't included in my order and I'll be happy to answer why.
And to get this question out of the way first...
>WHERE SHOULD I START?
I'd HIGHLY recommend starting with Immortal Iron Fist first, and then backtracking to the start. Read this, then decide if you'd hooked with this mythos:
THE ACTUAL READING ORDER:
If anybody wants the "I want to read from the start to finish but only the relevant stuff" or the "I only want to read the must-reads" reading orders, DM me. I also have a reading order for Victor Alvarez and am currently in the process of making one for Colleen Wing and Misty Knight.
I also have an extras list, for stuff that wasn't notable or important enough in the main iron fist mythos to include.
Again, if anybody thinks something should be included to excluded from this order, let me know. Otherwise, have fun reading!
Ok let me explain things I'm 38 and my son is 12 years old, I met this weird bald guy like 2 months ago at a restaurant. He genuinely seemed very kind, we chatted for quite a while but I noticed he kept glancing at my son during our conversation
Then he asked about my son and ended up telling me about how much potential my son has and that he works in the school system and whatever. I respectfully declined and went off with my day.
A few days later, this guy frickin shows up at my house asking if I changed my mind, and again, my son is eXtraordinary. I just declined his offer again and told him I was busy with something so he could leave
Then next I spot him at my son's school as he's getting out, chatting with him?! I spot him and I was legit going to run out and kick this guy's ass, but my son runs up to me and waves him off. My son then tells me that the bald guy is super cool and that he wants to enroll in his school.
I don't think my son knows that this guy is probably a creep. What do I do?
Like I know she helped with the new york and ultron stuff, but all she does is punch and shoot lol, can't Captain America already do that? It feels like the Avengers are throwing with her on the team lmfao.
"Only 40K lives lost!!!" 💀😭
Green and yellow feel weird for Shou-Lao but at the same time it kinda fits lol
TLDR; in 2015 I was kidnapped a bunch of Ninjas, a bunch of people will taken hostage in a bus and they legit killed some innocent guy in front of us to keep us quiet.
We ended up being taken to some warehouse and we got saved by Daredevil.
So now that they're apparently back, wondering if I may be in danger of being tracked by "The Hand" again due to escaping them the first time?
Like does nobody else see this app as kinda problematic? It feels like it opens opportunities for stalkers to follow the guy around or trolls to annoy him and stop him from stopping crime
OOC: (THIS POST TAKES PLACE IN 2015, A FEW MONTHS AFTER AGE OF ULTRON.)
A few months ago, we got a new foreign exchange student from Korea in our class. At first I thought he was pretty cool. He's pretty smart without acting all nerdy about it, and at first I also thought he was pretty funny and clever with his humor.
He's the smartest guy I've ever seen lowkey, like he responds to questions so quickly and can improvise on the fly, he's gotten straight As and the teachers love him.
But now I can't stand him, I feel so dumb and insignificant every day he shows up, he's ALWAYS bragging about his accomplishments and now he's making up total lies now. He legit said that his mom is working with the Avengers and created the Vision's body or whatever, YEAH RIGHT LMFAO.
One day in class somebody brought up the Hulk and he pops out of nowhere and says: "I could probably replicate the incident that turned David Banner into the Hulk, I'd probably be able to do it without losing control either, honestly. I'd be Totally Awesome as a Hulk!" LIKE WHO DOES THIS GUY THINK HE IS?! BRUH.
- Season 3 will touch on how Fisk's size and nature as a child pushed him toward darkness.
- "There's going to be a lot of action in the 3rd season and emotional journeys as well."
- "We are we are well into it and we are trying our hardest to make it different than the other two, but at the same it's super Daredevil-esque."
- Spent a lot of time with directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead for Season 3 - "We had a particular thing to do that was very hard and and we pulled it off."
- "Something that happened yesterday when we're shooting the third season. These guys Kevin Feige and Louis D'Esposito, they back us 100% creatively. They give us complete freedom. [...] They just keep saying make it better, make it better."
Heya! Due to new Earth-199999 content coming out until Brand New Day, this sub will be doing an event to pass the time!
The idea for this is event to make posts about Marvel characters that have NOT been introduced in the MCU yet, as in, no physical appearance, as random civilians or unknown superheroes (Instead of saying, "OMG I saw a Spider-Man in black and red using electricity", something more like: "There's this annoying smart kid in my class who glazes Spider-Man, and his dad is a cop. …How society has fallen, man".
You may used mentioned characters, but their lore must be consistent with what we were told about them. However, you are not allowed to use characters who have been confirmed to not exist in the MCU. (Norman Osborn, Doctor Doom, the Fantastic Four, etc.)
On Tuesday, June 16th, a unique post flair will be released and you can get started on participating in the event. On July 7th, the event will end.
Whoever I believe did the best job at subtly referencing a hero, while making it completely fit within the MCU's lore will win their own unique user flair, with the name and color of their choosing!
I hope you all have fun with this event, I thought it was a pretty cool idea! Lemme know if you guys have any questions.
