So you King is at the wall, and he can mix you with a 70 damage wall throw that is 1 break and a 1+2 break that will wall splat you into his wall combo, into his 3,2,2 mix up. You can't step any of those because he is in heat and they are both homing. This character has a lot of situation where he is forcing you to either duck or eat a throw and guess, and they still didn't fix any of this.
