How to get an actual person to review your refund request?
The automated system denies it and I’m struggling trying to figure out how to get in touch with an actual customer service representative.
The game I’m trying to refund is Empluse. It is an early access game that the developers have announced they will be no longer developing and they will be shutting down the matchmaking system.
I only have an hour of total game time but since I’m out of the 14day period my request is denied. I thought steam made exceptions for case like this especially with what I saw with the recent bf6 news.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Noticed some strange movement/rotation in my tx22 slide after trigger pull
Is this normal movement? Never noticed it before guns fairly new so I supper familiar with its behavior in a stock configuration. I just put a victory trigger in it and happened to notice this will dry firing. Gun operates fine.

Running into an issue where my refinery just stops excepting compacted coal.
Im constantly having to destroy and rebuild belts going into the refineries that are making my turbo fuel. It’s extremely frustrating and has me about ready to just quit playing.
After rebuilding the belt lines everything runs as intended until it randomly stops working again.
This is purely an issue with the input nothing else is causing them to stop besides the lack of compacted coal due to the input issue I’m having.
Any help would be greatly appreciated because I don’t want to quit due this issue.
Edit: there are no other items on these belts besides compacted coal. The belts are feed directly from the output for the compacted coal.
