A colleague told that some of the employee have "notice period" present in there employment info.
I checked mine, and I have it.
Edit : self-service apps -> personal info -> employment info
I also don't know this meaning ?
Edit 2 : some people have persistent message. Some have flash message, for some it disappears after refresh. Some say it is technical glitch.
Is there no one from leadership here to confirm this ?
Edit 3 : as some folks mentioned in comments, it was issue with site. Now I can see employment details. notice period: 2 month is mentioned in employment info. So it is Just an info or what ? Image : Refer : comment
Hi everyone,
I joined OFSS India in August 2025. Our employee health insurance is through United India Insurance, and I voluntarily enrolled my parents under the additional parental cover.
I renewed this cover on 1 June 2026. The policy has a three-year lock-in, but the premium has become quite high.
I contacted both HR and Medi Assist (the TPA). They said I cannot discontinue the cover mid-policy. I understand and accept that—I will continue and pay the premium for the current policy year.
My question is about the next renewal:
- Can I opt out at the next renewal, or does the three-year lock-in require me to renew for all three years?
- Does the lock-in start from my original enrolment in August 2025 or from the June 2026 renewal?
- Is there a legitimate option such as giving a written non-renewal request well in advance, or any other work around ?
I am not trying to avoid the current year’s premium. I only want to plan responsibly before the next renewal. Has anyone dealt with a similar employer-provided voluntary parental policy?
Hi folks,
I'm looking to buy a used 3D printer in or around Goregaon, Mumbai.
If you're planning to sell one, or know someone who is, please DM me with the model, condition, and expected price.
My budget doesn't allow for a new printer, so I'm specifically looking for a second-hand one.
Requirement :
- Near panvel station
- 1bhk or 1rk both works
- budget : 15k
- no water crisis
If anyone knows about this, please share details

I live in Mumbai, but my hometown is Nagpur. Somehow, I have two completely separate friend circles and both have that one guy.
You know the type:
"Bhai.. 1500 dede kal 12 baje tak de dunga"
"Central Bank ka account hai.. limit reach hogya"
"Abhi de de sham ko deta hu.."
And somehow, the money never returns.
It has reached a point where nobody in either group picks up their calls anymore because the first thought is: "Uthaya toh paise maangega."
The funniest part? If they ask for ₹5000, people now negotiate it down to ₹30-40. Jitna loss zhel sakte ho.. utna h.. do
Aur saale ko kuch feel bhi nahi hota ki Paisa return kar du..
Childhood friend hai, so completely cutting them off feels wrong. But after years of lending money and watching it disappear into another dimension, sympathy is running low.
So I'm curious:
Does every friend circle have that one permanent borrower who treats loans like donations?
Kya hoga uske zindagi ka
Abhi toh uske male mitra hai..
But humesa nahi rahege
Koi toh partner chahiye
I think sab ke lag jayenge
But maza bhi aayega
