Waar komt de geweldige stijging de laatste tijd vandaan, sinds wanneer zijn honden niet meer in staat zelf te wandelen?

Hi, my house has a weird setup at the top floor with lighting. There is 1 switch at the top of the stairs in the hallway that controls the lights in all 3 rooms on this floor.

As we are turning on of these rooms in to a baby room I would like to be able to control the lights separately. None of these 3 rooms have a switch or wiring to hook up a smart wall switch.

I run HA and Apple Homekit so I was looking at the Aqara H1 but this doesn't support Matter.

Does anyone have any good recommendations?
