Schoonmaker/schoonmaakster gezocht

Voor mijn woning in Orthen (~100 m²) zoek ik iemand die het kan komen schoonmaken. Kan iemand mij hier mee helpen? Ik zoek iemand die elke 2 weken voor 2 uren tijd heeft, overdag is geen probleem.

AITA Shutting down talk about someone elses therapy

My friend Tom has had a terrible (mental) year, he is in (group) therapy for this. When we were at an event together he recognised Lisa from their therapy sessions. Afterwards Tom was talking about his conversations with Lisa and how much they have helped him with his own problems. But during this conversation he kept bringing up whatever was happening with Lisa. Now, I like Lisa, and have known her for a few years, but can't say I am particularly close with her. And even if we were, I don't think this is Tom's story to tell.

So at first I was gently telling him not to bring up Lisa's problems, and but to stick to what Lisa said about Tom's therapy. But he repeatedly kept bringing them up and I became perhaps a bit more angry than I should have been. I insisted he does not mention Lisa's therapy with anyone but Lisa (and their therapist perhaps). This did not go over too well, Tom accused me of not caring about Lisa and her problems...

AITA?

Small edit: The main reason I made this post was because I don't know much about therapy, especially not group therapy. Tom insisted it is fine because group therapy is all about sharing and vocalisation. But it seems clear from the comment so far that I had the right end of it. I will talk with Lisa about this, but unsure if I should throw Tom under the bus or say something more general to her.

My plant is getting too tall

My plant, whose species I don't know unfortunately, is doing a bit too well in that corner. Getting a lot of light, it was quickly moved from the little table to the floor (in a new pot). But now the leaves are pretty solid against the ceiling. Can I just cut them to size or is there a better way?

Spren in Dungeons and Dragons

I was wondering if anyone had experience of having spren inside a DnD 5E campaign? I am going to start a larger campaign in some time, and was wondering if I could add spren in there somehow.

Just a bit struggling with how to do it, and if it is as fun and immersive as I want it to be. I can imagine anticipation and certain emotion spren to pop up a lot, with rarer ones during special events.
