Felt pretty good about this lift so I thought I would share with y’all. Should have captured a side angle to ask for any form tips so this is all ya get! I have been feeling strong in my deadlifts but i find my strength tapering off after 360, any insight surely appreciated. I’m not in any program, I lift through listening to my body.
Putting this standert together, looking for some rim brake wheelset recommendations! I can accept carbon, but an aluminum would give me more piece of mind for durability? Specialized Sirrus my daily go to!
