In the movie, we see right after the time jump Brightbill going with Roz and Fink to practice swimming. Yes, afterwards Roz tells him that he swam "satisfactory" but we actually see him struggling to stay afloat and having a swimming style that the other geese find weird. After that, he is attacked by that fish (Rockmouth?) and we don't see him swimming again for the rest of the movie.

Do we know if he has learned to swim (like a goose) after all?

Not at a zoo or an animal park. Pure wilderness. Can you grow up in Australia and never see a wild kangaroo? I grew up in a country that is full of wolves and yet never seen one; only once at a zoo. Poor wolf

(Also I mean the kind of large kangaroo species that anyone across the world imagines when thinking about a kangaroo, like the red kangaroo or grey kangaroo etc. Not talking about wallabies or tree kangaroos or other smaller ones).

I don't remember this being clearly mentioned in the movie.

But, at the beginning of the movie, underground, when the pookoos are discussing worriedly about the lack of food, Caloo, Ollie's father, sits right in the middle, and all the other pookoos look at him as he speaks.

Then, at the end of the movie, when the animals in need of help swim to the Pookoo Island and Caloo decides to help them, all the other Pookoos do the same. He didn't even have to say a word; he decided to help them and the other pookoos followed him.

Sooo... Is he their leader?

So ever since I can remember, when I start thinking about something, even simpler thoughts, or when I talk about something with someone, for example telling or explaining them something, I involuntarily start walking from one end of the room to the other. It's enough that I'm already standing, I'm thinking about something that's just a little more than a small thought, and BAM! I'm walking.

Sometimes I realize I'm doing it, but it feels like I'm somewhere far away and I just notice it but don't intervene, but most of the time I don't even realize it until someone brings it to my attention. My father is the one who is the most annoyed by this, he says I agitate him with my walking, and when he stops me I feel a kind of very strong revolt and frustration inside me, one that... feels like it rather comes from my brain, not from ME.

When I stop walking, I can no longer concentrate on what I was thinking so well: my mind feels empty, numb, or I start struggling to find the right words to continue what I was talking about. If the room is small, then I would start pacing wildly from one end to the other, two steps, turn around, two steps, turn around... No wonder people feel agitated themselves when they see me 😅

I was just wondering... Is this a trait of some kind of a neurodivergent type? Maybe autism or ADHD? Do you experience this too?

What effects can acupuncture have on people with associative synesthesia, what might they experience? Can it happen after the session or only during it?

Are there areas of the body where acupuncture is done where the effects might be stronger and longer lasting than other areas?

Can the effects be stronger/longer lasting depending on age? (e.g. child, teenager, adult, old person)

Let's say someone has grapheme color. Do they... start feeling a stronger connection between colors and letters than usual? Or is it possible that they start to experience slight projective synesthesia, too?

Feel free to offer your opinion even though you are not sure about it or experienced regarding this topic!!

I watched the movie 3 times and, to me, Thorn and Fink seemed like nothing more than two animals who know each other simply because they live on the same island, just like all animals know each other and without having a specific relationship or backstory together.

But then I noticed that people talk about them as if there was something... More between them before Roz appeared on the island.

Everything I know about Fink's backstory is that he had not the most loving mother. Everything I know about Thorn's backstory is... Well, nothing.

Then why is there so much talk about Fink and Thorn's relationship? And fanart suggesting that they knew each other well before? That they were enemies? Or even friends?

Maybe it's nothing important, but I'm really curious. You can tell me anything: What we learn about their relationship clearly from the film. What is subtly hinted at in the film. What we know to be true about their relationship, even if it is not shown in the film. And fan theories!
