I’m not the best color grader but i’ve been messing around with the LogCam app on my iphone 13 mini and i think it’s pretty good for what it is.

i shot this video on the LogCam app in ProRes Apple Log 2 and graded on PeekLut app, did everything on my iphone 13 mini. i think for what the apps offer it’s pretty good. Not having to have a laptop or ipad to color grade is pretty convenient. Granted they overwork your phone like crazy (my phone overheated and lagged like never before) but makes its “easier” for anyone trying to learn.

i’m definitely going to record some more and see what i can get out of my iphone 13 mini. Ive always tried to do the best with what i had since i was younger and it’s worked for me so far. I have money to buy the cameras i want and programs i want now but it’s always fun to see what you’re capable of doing with what you already have.

close to the finish line for the indigo invitational. need some opinions or feedback or whatever idk. i already washed them just to see what the finished jean will look like. i did two oxiclean soaks. both 1 hour then a light scrub with a soft bristled brush. then after the second soak i washed with detergent and also a light scrub to get the nasty oxiclean smell out. this is how they turned out. for the indigo invitational you can use a bit of bleach when washing. i’m wondering if i should use some when washing or not. if it would help make the fades pop even more than right now. i’ve already used bleach in the wash for another pair of jeans and they did make the fades pop. they weren’t crazy fades but they did bring them out a bit. i’m not asking for info on if using bleach is good or not. i don’t really care. i just want some other opinions or if using a bit of bleach when i wash would help make them pop some more than right now. i still have like 2 weeks left before the end and im still going to wear them and will probably wash again.

I gave my comp jeans a little soak today and wore the other ones while they were out drying. Boy are they tight. My comp jeans are a size 34 and the other ones are 32, I have no clue how I fit in the size 32 before. They are also so much stiffer than my comp pair, obviously, i took me by surprise just because my comp pair are so nice and soft now. Anyways. That’s all. See y’all!

are there products i can use to achieve silky hair? or do i have to go get like a certain thing done to it? i use biosilk once in awhile but thats about it. i dont use any other products in my hair. ideally i would want to find some kind of product that could get me close to silky hair but if there really isn’t a way besides going to a salon and getting some kind of treatment done to it, then i guess ill just do that. any help is much appreciated!!

Decided to give them their 3rd wash. I wasn’t planning on washing them this early but I wanted to. Only because when I washed them the second time, 3 days later they were full of dirt again 😑 I soaked them after but they ofc had the brown tint from the dirt and I never got to enjoy the clean white fades 😪 it’s been bothering me so I decided to wash them again lol.

It’s been 2 months since the last wash and now that I’ve washed them for the third time, now ima wait towards the end of the indigo invitational to wash them again. Unless I HAVE TO wash them again

So i’m not a crazy photographer or videographer. But i do like to take “cinematic” videos. I use a iphone 16 pro for videos. i use the LOG settings and im really happy with how they turn out. But sometimes i just want a dedicated camera to take videos. I really like the RX100 for the size and portability. That’s the main things that’s making me want one. For the size, the videos and photos look great. Here are some videos i have taken so y’all can give your opinion if i really need it or if this camera would work for me (don’t know how well they uploaded but you can get the picture)

They aren’t anything crazy but I would like to get some opinions if I really need a camera like this or not. Or like I said, if this camera is even right for me. I had ironed on a denim patch on the inside just to keep it together a bit longer since it was fraying and getting thin. I only did it because I was too lazy to actually repair them

But Yesterday it came off and i could feel a hole. I knew the time had come to really patch them up 😤

This is my first time repairing a pair of jeans like this. I was thinking of doing sashiko but I like the look of people just going ham with their sewing machine when patching up holes. That Frankenstein look, you know? The thread is a navy blue but looks black on here. I’m mad I forgot to take close ups of the hole since it was my first blowout on any pair of jeans 😢 the last two pics were the only thing I could find that show it

The inside looks so stupid lmao. But no one will see it so doesn’t matter

Anyways what do you guys think of my repair???

I’m really happy with the honeycombs. I didn’t think they would be this good tbh. The crotch is definitely wearing away and might need to do some real repairs soon, as I just ironed on some patches on the inside to try and push back a blowout

I’ve done 2 proper washes and like 5-6 soaks. I lost count on soaks and this and that and blah blah blah

Overall im really happy with these and can’t wait to see the end result
