My 88 5.0

My 88 5.0

Had a 85 v6 in the early 90s and was sad to give it up. Always wanted that car back. In 2023 I got an 88 Sport. Now I spent $$$ fixing it up and hardly drive it.

Used Stuff

Estate sale auction win for me. Bid on a lot called medicine cabinet stuff. Saw what looked like a brand new resmed tank and an old case. I bid $25 and won the lot for $1. you should see what I got. Besides a few canes, I got three resmed airsense 10s complete in the case cases and a Resemed Ajr Mini that I'm so
excited about. I always wanted one but didn't want to spend $1000 and it's not covered by insurance.. additionally there's a huge bag with half used stuff and half sealed stuff. For the AirMini, it didn't have a power cord so I ordered a power cord and a new hose.. they're a whole bunch of masks and a whole bunch of hoses. I saw at least three sealed resemed heated hose that i use. So about the used stuff. Would you use a used mask, hose or tub? I thought I can wash it with hot water and soap and be good to go. I don't think they've been used in about a year. The big machines have about 5000 hours each and the mini had only 100 hours.

Furniture Markings Signed? 1896? Green Leather Nail-head Chair Atlanta Georgia

Paid about $125 for it because I thought it looked cool. Now trying to find out its history. There were zero markings anywhere on it. I thought taking the burlap bottom off is the most I would do to take it apart. The first side I removed I found a signature, then removed the other three sides and found nothing else.

Can anyone possibly identify the marking and any info on it?

Free S-VHS (brick) Atlanta

I won a Mitsubishi UHS 65 super VHS at an Estate Sales auction a few weeks ago with two other pieces one piece I threw right in the garbage. It was a Sony Tivo. I didn't even take it home. The VCR was a cool Mitsubishi with a drop-down door and the original jog remote. Unfortunately, it doesn't do anything. Hopefully the third piece that came in that lot is worth something. I believe I paid $75 for the whole thing and now whoever wants the VCR could have it for free local to Atlanta or you figure out how to get it shipped to you. I just discovered this thread ironically the VCR is in front of my front door to throw out today so maybe I'll give it an extra few days on this thread to whoever wants it.

How to hang rod to metal

today was my third attempt. been in my new place for about a year this was the only window I'm having trouble with. First bought double-sided tape regular and then bought Amazon double-sided tape hanging rod bracket and now bought gorilla glue tape 45 pounds and said wow this looks great and it lasted again probably an hour.

what do you think will hold?

MGM Grand The Edit

Checked into MGM grand on a Wednesday for Wednesday, Thursday Friday stay. My first time booking specifically for The Edit.
I asked about my room view and asked about Sapphire free upgrade. Here we go... According to person I spoke to The Edit room upgrade is only available for two nights and since you are staying 3 nights, no upgrade. They recommended I pay $100 a night for a room upgrade.
I asked with my original booking what would be my view and they told me a brick wall. ; (1 paid the $100 a night upgrade and got a huge spectacular room with a strip view.
They didn't clean the room or make my bed after the first night. The second night I requested it and they threw out my contacts lens case and i put them in glass cups. They made me fill out a missing item request and said they would get back to me in a week. How is that supposed to help? I went to the first desk and the supervisor said sure no problem will give you a credit and you could just go buy one. I said it's a $10 item. It's no big deal just would like you to get me one. here's where to think the whole page refreshed and I lost everything so going to type what I thought I typed the first time basically they gave me two free nights of resort fees instead of buying my $10 case.

bought this painting at an estate sale auction there was a lot of expensive art there I kinda like this so even if it's unimportant still nice looking. Just asking if there's any way to figure out it's history.
