Rent price is great and everything about the actual unit is great.
The unit faces pierce street tho. It gets a partial view of christians tailgate. I believe La Calle is on the other side of that.
Can anyone speak to their experience living at the edge condos midtown, and specifically the noise level?

I just signed a 6 month lease to stay at a property. I moved in 2 nights ago. Yesterday I receive a text asking if I will be home at a certain time tomorrow(today) because the landlord wants to show the property to someone. He states that they want to sell the house and the new tenant will start after my lease move out date. But that he expects me to let people tour the property while I’m staying here. Whether I am home or not. This was never mentioned to me or in the leasing agreement we signed. I do not want this. What is allowed in Texas?
The landlord wrote the lease. It states that he can come check in on the property with ample time in advance. This we agreed upon. Nothing about showings, being available for showings, having other people tour the property, etc. the lease also states that it represents the entirety of the agreement and any modifications needs to be in writing.
Its day 2, Ive just moved all my stuff over, I just signed a brand new lease, and he’s already wanting people to come see the property. Its been respectful conversation. he has mentioned that we may need to end the lease in 1 month vs the 6 months if Im not cool with the showings. Im open to that but I do feel like thats still not fair as I did sign for 6 months.
Anyone else have this situation or insight on what is allowed and what isnt?

Alright so I knew that "Criminal Minds: Evolution" was going to become a drama instead of episodic like before. I expected it to have typical tropes like all the other shows, but now the biggest serial killer ever who started a serial killer network has completely lost his memory and is a good guy now?
Why do they need to drag this Voit guy through the entire series? I like his character, but for the producers to say "Lets make Voit lose his memory so he can stay in the series!" is a really cheap move. and it takes away from the value of Voit. I watched the season to see what they were going to do with him. Now on the next season he is about to apologize and be a guest on a podcast?

Hello I am moving to a townhouse in EaDo. I am about to sign it probably tomorrow. Its located near Polk street and Leeland. I hear mixed reviews about EaDo. I do think I chose a pretty safe area but I wanted to hear more opinions from locals. It is only a 6 month lease so if I dont like it I will move out after 6 months, no biggie. I am moving from Downtown into EaDo.
hi everyone I am currently on 6mg reta. I went up about 2 weeks ago. I was on 4mg for about 3 months. However I do not eat enough and I think I am experiencing GI issues. None that are alarming, I can just tell its different. So I think Im going to go back down to 4. Im curious, has anyone else gone down back to 4 or back to 2.5 even? Please let me know, I am interested to hear.
I had to stop taking KLOW after about 5 weeks today. At this point when I inject it burns all day until I wake up the next day. I followed the schedule of week 1 7 units, week 2 & 3 is 15 units, then it goes up to 22 but I cant get past the burning at 20 units.
80mg (50/10/10/10) bottle with 3ml bac water.
Ive let it get to room temp, waiting for rubbing alcohol to dry, and switched site injections. Its burning in my arm, my thigh, my glute, and my stomach all day. Into the next day. I take it around 10am and it just burns all day.
When I inject it in certain places especially my stomach its very tingly and sensitive skin.
I also wonder if its causing small pimples in places but I cant really prove it. Im just getting pimples in weird places, like on my kneecap.
Not sure what the problem is but i have decided to hop off of it for now. I just wanted to share my experience.
I been taking Reta for about 12 weeks now. At around 8 weeks I took 1mg of Cag and it was a rough week. I felt full, I felt bloated, and I felt constipated. The constipation was due to lack of eating. I felt overall just down and bad. It wasnt like Tirzepatide where I could eat and tell myself ok Im good. It had the suppression but it didnt feel good to be on. I felt bad like just bad feelings about things.
I took .5 dose a few weeks later to try again. It was less, but it still had alot of the same effects. Still didnt want to eat either!
So for anyone looking to add Cag, start low and know that you may feel unhappy on it. I did.
