Is AM possible at a late age of 35+ ?

Do anyone here know someone who has successfully found their partner and married at a late age of 36+ ??

I am 30M ( actually 27 but mods remove my posts ) and never been in a relationship and don't see myself getting into one either.

I live in a very bad neighbourhood and my house is barely liveable so thats Y I plan to move out and buy my own property.

After calculating I found out I can only buy a house in 2029 or later when I will be 30yo and that too will be with a home loan.

At 31 other then emergency fund I will be with almost 0 saving and an EMI. It will take me atleast 4 to 5 years to build a decent financial stability and savings to even consider marriage.

Will I even get a match if I have a home loan EMI and almost no savings ?

So thats y I ask is AM possible at age 35+ ? Do y'all know anyone who has done it and how is it going for them ??

Shall I continue preparing mentally to stay single forever ??

27M, today is my birthday and yeah very few or no one wishes but I am used to that by now. Anyways heres an interesting ritual I do.

So every year I record a message for my future self from 1 year. Schedule sent that to next year birthday.

In that message I generally keep 2 parts where 1st is where I am now, things I like and something new trendy thats happening. General health and how is family etc. 2nd part is what I plan to do in next 1 year. Some show or event or movie I am excited about. Some new skill that I am learning or something I wish will happen may be job and career related. I ask my future self have I achieved this and how did this go.

Now once this is done then I open my last years message and its always fun to see the excitement the younger me had when he asked.

Most of the trendy stuff happening last year are dead memes now and the experiences which younger me was talking were good. He asked me about things to achieve and some I did, some still in learning and improving stage and some I failed to achieve. It gives a very clear picture how last year has been.

Just wanted to say If theres no one cheering or looking forward to u. If no one is with u when u achieve something to celebrate and to pick u up when u fail. Then u can just be there for yourself.
