I am currently in a 3 day power outage due to storms. I put main foods in cooler and the next day realized I hadn’t put my Tirzepatide meds in the cooler. Once I realized it, I grabbed the meds. They were not warm at all, but not as cold as before. Are they safe to use? I still have a whole bottle and a couple of doses in the other bottle.

I have been on 2.5mg of Tirzepatide for a little over 2 months. I have lost 9lbs, which I’m happy with. I want to lose it slow. I don’t really feel nauseated until I eat more than I should. I’m curious if this is a normal part of this journey. I do have appetite suppression, but not super strong.

I was with a different company and took 2.5mg at 10mg concentration. It worked well. I had a 3 week break with no meds. My new company has me at 2.5mg at 5mg concentration and it feels a little different, but is generally working. Is 10 concentration better or does 5mg concentration work the same?
