Today is green weekend for the Irish but I wore a Strava shirt. A guy singled me out to introduce himself as the first ever user of Strava, David Belden, MTB rider. His number is #8 after the 2 founders and 6 developers. I'm never star struck but it we talked about his interaction with the company and Garmin. strava.com/athletes/8

We're looking at homes in the area and I'm used to Midwest cornfields with minimal traffic, so I road bike. I'm in the "masters" age group and I haven't really ridden MTB. Minimal gravel. Road is just where I've been. So what's it like for people on "go fast" bikes? Is there room to roam? I see the Razorback Greenway as an option but I'm not sure if people averaging 18-20mph are appreciated on a mixed use trail system.

I had a cycling accident and suffered a grade 3 AC joint separation. That's a complete tear of the AC and CC ligaments. The collarbone pops out of place and causes a visible bump on the shoulder. When you are 65, there's no doctor that wants to do surgery and I don't want surgery unless it's seriously debilitating. Right now I'm 1 months out and it's still painful at times, but I'm back to riding 100 miles a week. No strength training for months I'd say.

So here I am asking this forum if there's any recommendations to speed or aid this recovery. I should add I'm currently on minimal Tirz, Klow and MOTS-C. Whatcha got?

My MOTS-C came in a 22mg vial, which throws me off a little. I'm going to reconstitute with 2.2ML of BAC to keep it simple. Is that the best way? If you agree, what would be a dosage if I go 5 on and 2 off for...whatever? 8 weeks?

I like to ride outside during the summer but here we come around to trainer season again and as I get my Jetblack set up, I could swear last winter I could use my Zwift click and my Polar H10 heart rate monitor. But now I'm reading only two bluetooth devices are allowed on Apple TV. So the bike and the Click OR the bike and the H10. How can I get all three going? Currently, I'm using the Companion app. Not ideal.

Drawing boundaries on a phone is damn near impossible. Also, you're one cell phone mishap away from owning a $2300 boat anchor. It seems like we could all benefit from a Navimow website to control the unit.

Second question. If your bikefitter gave you a hellacious deal due to a misunderstanding, would you tip him?

This recent FCC decision does not affect products that are already on the market. Purchasing, shipping, and using your Navimow will continue as normal. Customers who already own a Navimow product will not be impacted.

There will be no changes to after-sales service, warranty support, the Navimow App, or firmware updates. Everything will continue as usual.

For future products entering the U.S. market, there may be several different compliance paths available. We are actively exploring all possible solutions and working to ensure we can continue bringing new Navimow products to U.S. customers.

We will share updates with the community as soon as there are meaningful developments. Please rest assured that warranty, repairs, and product performance will not be affected.

Regarding firmware updates, the FCC has confirmed that existing products can continue receiving updates (at least until January 1, 2029), so this change will not interrupt current product support.
