Can I add this when I add the starter?

I've been making yogurt for a long time thanks to this sub. I've got a pretty good system down for fermenting it in jars in the instant pot and it comes out nice and thick naturally with whole milk so I don't have to bother with straining.

I'm hoping to get a little more protein in my diet and I'm wondering if I could just add some of this before I pour it into the jars.

Anyone played around with adding collagen?

Prodrom symptoms for sacral HSV

I've finally started to notice that the pain I feel on the outside of my left calf (that feels like a pulled muscle or trigger point) happens the day before the cluster of blisters appear on my left butt cheek.

Last time was May plus I have lumbar stenosis and fibromyalgia so I'm used to feeling pain, pinched nerves, and trigger points all the time which may be why it took so long to connect the dots. The day before the calf pain I had newish sharp L knee pain. Trying to nail this down so I can start my Famcyclovir asap and maybe prevent the blisters. PCP changed my Rx from 2x500 twice for 1 day to 1x500 twice for 5 days with this in mind.

Has anyone else had success identifying early signs that the damn virus is activating?

Confirmed on next flight just in case.

I'm not traveling as much so I've apparently missed this despite lurking here. My fight to ATL was delayed so now I have a 32 minute connection from D to B (13 minutes acc to the app). The wonderful red coat, whose name I didn't catch, was "protecting" everyone on back up flights just in case? Fabulous!

I'm assuming the 13 minute estimate on the Delta app is the plane train.

Kirk stops arguing mid-sentence

Hey all,

I can't find a TOS ep I'm trying to share. It's the one where Kirk is arguing with someone, likely Spock, and while angry and pointing at him, he says something like "You! You... ... You're absolutely right." It's a great scene.

Anyone know offhand which episode that is?

Random beeps and app disconnecting

Instant Pot Pro Plus.

It's been working just fine but recently we get these random beeps in the middle of a long cycle with no clear reason. Also, it has started disconnecting from the app even though it runs just fine. Finally, the only thing that's got me a little worried as I tried setting the yogurt options and the touch screen was not responding. It would automatically bounce over to sous-vide.

Not knowing anything. If I were to guess it sounds like there might be some sort of a weird short in whatever controls the electronics even though the thing still works just fine.

Anybody else?

How to get a LG ThinQ WM4000H to soak whites with bleach

This washing machine is a little too smart. All I want to be able to do is put my whites in with some bleach. Let it agitate for a while and then let it soak. But apparently it doesn't add the bleach until the end of the cycle. So even if you choose a high soil level, the bleach doesn't get added in time.

I tried stopping it once it added the bleach and let it just sit there.

Has anyone figured out a good way to achieve the same results as a top loading washing machine where you just set it to "soak" for hours?

I realize they won't actually be soaking in liquid but I figured if they got wet and they have bleach on them that might do the trick.

First ones up!

I planted about 30 varieties gifted to me and only a few are still with us. Zone 6a and these Elizabeth Huntingtons are HAPPY! Might even have to divide them.
