Is there a way to stop decisions after I activate them. I made the mistake of having Canada join the reunited states. I forgot that completely annexed them, and I wanted to do the aurora accords again. So I just wanted to ask is there a way to cancel activated decisions. Or am I just soft locked out of Canada.

I've been playing on Console for a couple of days now, and whenever I disconnect, I can never rejoin. It just keeps me in an infinite loading screen of logging in. On top of that, I always lose my character.
