So there is mentioned that after completion of all courses 100% u will get learning bonus .I haven't focused before ,so I didn't complete some .And my onboarding is on 24 july .So I tried to complete those courses but alv platform is not opening and I mailed to them but there is no response .what should I do to get learning bonus .
Why r we here ? 90% of people just chat and after some talks ,slowly interest rate drops to zero ..So i want to try some other thing ,like calls or vc's .U can think this is too immature ..But trust me when u talk through calls ,vc's chances are more that u make friends.So instead of all these creepy things let's start building real conversations ,and switch to calls, then Video calls (VC's) .
If i sound too creepy when I say VC and Calls ..I'm sorry ..But all i need is some change in the way we r making friends..
When I saw the college wise allotment details ,its pretty clear that 50% of people don't know that this branch exists .And as a graduate i know that every branch irrespective of branch name which is related to tech is given equal opportunity in terms of placements.So I am ready to opt this for my sister. I just need someone who pushes me to code n code daily .Bcoz I can motivate someone easily while I stuck being demotivated. So let's connect and grow ..
I can't do it alone man !! I am getting demotivated day by day .I have solved recent codechef contest where I got 4 .I am from div4 .And struggled to solve 5th one .I have upsolved the question.and understood that it's a combinatorics problem .But for upsolving it took one day .The nxt day I realised I was weak in those concepts and started understanding them from beginning.The next day was gone .And the next day I mean today , While solving cp -31 sheet i feel like it's boring and Getting self doubt about this coding .I D K but , i need to get on .So I played games ,watched movies .Still I am not getting that zeal .All i need now Is a friend or supporter who motivates me to solve problems ..And I don't understand how people passes these tough situations and one question for everyone here ...Iam not good at maths in my 11 and 12 .So is that the reason I hate the problem whenever I feel that is related to maths .If yes ..how should I overcome it .Where to learn maths which is helpful for codeforces.
I just want experiences of pupil ,and higher rating peers here..Please save me from this confusion.

So I was selected in accenture interview .and I've completed primers assessment and stream training.And today I've completed Hands on assessment (HON) .Soon we will have my competency exam .our joining will be in August .But The thing is that I got the location in Indore (MP).I want to relocate to hyd . Because my native is near to hyd .I just want to try every possibility.I want to apply for relocation.For that I know

\- I can wait for project allocation and ask manager .
But I don't know many things that happen internally for the relocation.
Please spend a minute and explain how should I make my relocation possible..

This if for all of you, to take an informed decision, if you are thinking of switching to HCLTech.
Attached is the conversation that I had with my HR. As you can see, the mail with questions has 2 questions. But you can see that only second one was answered, even though the explanation (for the second question) clearly implies that the answer is not at all convincing. BTW, it was an F2F meeting, and there was no need of laptop. Workwise, it was WFH. Fine, thats not a major issue. But the most controversial question, the first one is left unanswered. Do they want to do file padding and later use it as a weapon against me (false drug case)? Nobody knows. File padding is basically documenting lies or half truths, which can be used as a weapon to control and silence the victim employee, whenever he/she raises voice against anything unfair, or most importantly illegal.
Look at 1st and 3rd bullets of point 2.
Why is there no answer to 1st question ????
It was a BP tablet, and I did answer, when the HR asked. HR Geetha O asked, is it for gas, as I was also burping. Then I said, no, its for BP. I've BP issue and it shoots up during HR discussions, due to anxiety of job loss.
BTW, when I refused to resign, I was put on PIP. When I refused to accept PIP(which is certainly a tactic to silence me and/or send me out), they sent me out by giving so and so reasons. I clearly said, the pre-condition for resuming normal work is reversal of unfair PIP, which they didn't agree to.
