Ex-employer harassing thru gangstalking

Hi all,

My ex-employer is harassing me thru gangstalking. They've already ruined my name and destroyed all my relations thru smear campaigns while working there. Initially they subjected me to lot of harassment in the form of organized bullying and also sexual harassment from co-workers. I did some research on this, and I found out that, one of the reasons could be character assassination by an individual or a former employer, whom they blindly trust. And they do these things to evaluate the character of the target employee. Even if this is true, its absolutely illegal to conduct such covert operations. I was continuously fighting throughout my tenure and even got fired for raising my voice against the harassment. Now, after kicking me out, I started revealing their true colors to all those whom I come in touch with. Due to this, they are harassing me thru noise harassment at night post 12 AM thru fireworks, loud noise from bikes and other vehicles deliberately. Anyone who has experienced this? What is the remedy.

Please opine on how to deal with such toxic employers

Attached is the conversation that I had with my HR. As you can see, the mail with questions has 2 questions. But you can see that only second one was answered, even though the explanation (for the second question) clearly implies that the answer is not at all convincing. BTW, it was an F2F meeting, and there was no need of laptop. Workwise, it was WFH. Fine, thats not a major issue. But the most controversial question, the first one is left unanswered. Do they want to do file padding and later use it as a weapon against me (false drug case)? Nobody knows. File padding is basically documenting lies or half truths, which can be used as a weapon to control and silence the victim employee, whenever he/she raises voice against anything unfair, or most importantly illegal.

It was a BP tablet, and I did answer, when the HR asked. HR Geetha O asked, is it for gas, as I was also burping. Then I said, no, its for BP. I've BP issue and it shoots up during HR discussions, due to anxiety of job loss.

BTW, when I refused to resign, I was put on PIP. When I refused to accept PIP(which is certainly a tactic to silence me and/or send me out), they sent me out by giving so and so reasons. I clearly said, the pre-condition for resuming normal work is reversal of unfair PIP, which they didn't agree to.

And the company is led by the biggest "philanthropist" of the country. Disgusting to say the least. Just now on 15th May, their agents woke me up at 03:19 AM by creating noise thru bikes just outside my home. This is deliberate, happening for the past 6 months. Police complaint has no effect on them, whatsoever. This concept is called gangstalking and is a well established strategy to harass people (whistleblower in this case). BTW, harassment does not necessarily end with separation......if there is a risk of huge reputation damage to the firm thru an honest whistleblower, determined to get justice.

How to record a private statement with magistrate

Hi all,

I just want to know the process to record a private statement with magistrate in Bangalore. I already lodged police complaints, which were closed, and the harassment is going on as usual by the perpetrator. I want to record my statement, and make sure that it is taken as my dying declaration, in case I need to or made to leave this world.

Need to leave this world : - If the harassment becomes unbearable, I will have no other option, but suicide.

It was a BP tablet, and I did answer, when the HR asked. HR Geetha O asked, is it for gas, as I was also burping. Then I said, no, its for BP. I've BP issue and it shoots up during HR discussions, due to anxiety of job loss.

BTW, when I refused to resign, I was put on PIP. When I refused to accept PIP(which is certainly a tactic to silence me and/or send me out), they sent me out by giving so and so reasons. I clearly said, the pre-condition for resuming normal work is reversal of unfair PIP, which they didn't agree to.

Is this real charity, or charity with pure calculation? Also, let me know your views on Shiv Nadar. They do fund education and have thier own universities. I see that he is the biggest philanthropist of the country. So, just want to understand if there's anything more than what really meets the eye.

HCLTech HR resorting to threats and blackmails

This if for all of you, to take an informed decision, if you are thinking of switching to HCLTech.

Attached is the conversation that I had with my HR. As you can see, the mail with questions has 2 questions. But you can see that only second one was answered, even though the explanation (for the second question) clearly implies that the answer is not at all convincing. Basically, they don't want to get caught. They want to hide their dark truths. Of course HRs are just the front end. Everything happens in the backend (top management).
