I (32F) got married last week to the love of my life (36M). I am a 32 year old virgin - I wanted to wait till marriage for religious reasons. We have tried multiple times since our wedding but we haven't been able to consummate the marriage and I am devastated.

My husband describes a 'pinch point' close to the opening of the vagina which means that he cannot penetrate beyond 2cm or so and any attempts are very painful for me. I don't feel tense, I'm excited for us to have sex, we've tried lots of lubricant but we cannot advance further. We tried inserting a finger which is fine, but two fingers is not which makes me think that this isn't to do with the hymen.

I've tried making an appointment with the GP in case there's something anatomically wrong with me but the next appointment is in 8 weeks! (I'm in the UK).

My husband is nothing but kind and loving but I know this will lead to resentment if I can't sort this - neither of us signed up for a sexless marriage!

Any help, insight, advice would be really appreciated, thank you.

Hey ladies, I'll wearing a long, cathedral length veil for my ceremony. The thing is, what happens afterwards? Are you guys planning on wearing it to the reception? Is this too high maintenance? Are you wearing a shorter veil for the reception of getting rid of it completely?

I have a 2 bed flat in London that I am considering letting as I am moving out of area for work. I could sell but this would be at a loss (the value of my flat has not increased, and I would have to pay £6k exit fee to the bank if I were to sell, as well as solicitors and agent fees) so I am considering renting.

I'm getting consent to let from my bank and I started looking at estate agent fees and there's so much variation in price and services that I'm feeling very lost.

What should I know as a first time landlord?

Should I go for a fully managed let?

Are there any mistakes that first time landlords make that I should be aware of?

For those whose fingers swell as part of their PsA, what do you do about wearing rings?

My fiance has PsA. We bought a wedding ring when his peripheral disease was better controlled and now the ring does not fit and hasn't for some weeks.

You were all so helpful in my most recent post about which neckline to get, and I felt excited to see my seamstress for the first time yesterday evening, but I left feeling quite dejected.

She was very discouraging of any major alterations (including changing the neckline and adding sleeves) and told me to buy a lace bridal jacket instead. I was a bit put off by this, but brushed it off.

I need the the hem shortened and I need a bustle attached. The dress is 7 layers, including a lace trim that would require it to be unstitched and reattached. She's quoted me over £500 which is almost half of the dress!

My mum is a reasonable home sewer and she's offered to do it for me for free but I think this is too risky to DIY.

Is this a reasonable quote? I'm in the southeast for reference. Thanks everyone
