So I’ve been hunting for a watch, budget was sub 1k. Wanted something for daily use that I could look down at and admire, but not too over the top. I think this nailed it. My photography skills do not do this dial justice at all.
Was stuck on a few watches, listed below.
Citizen Small Seconds Tsuyosa NK5010-51L
Citizen Tsuyosa Time Slip NJ0200-50E
Seiko Prospex SPB503
Seiko Prospex SPB527
Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 T137.407.11.041.00
Tissot Gentleman Powermatic 80 T127.407.11.041.00
Ended up pulling the trigger on the Gentleman. I’m very happy with my purchase. The only worry I have is the polished sections of the bracelet getting scratched. But that’s inevitable so I’ll live with it. The dark blue in the sunlight just looks stunning. It does look black without direct light on it, but I don’t mind it too much. When lights on it though this watch is hard to not look down at and smile!
Hand guard was already hot hence the loose thumb,
10.5” barrel
H3 buffer
Standard carbine spring and gas system
Had a bay to myself, no one else was suffering 😂
