I’m trying to tune myself a ghost tune and researched over at ms4x.net and did all my idle vanos like there’s and my car won’t ghost cam. Also my car is making this rattling noise and I’m not sure what this is. If someone could help with both that would be awesome.
I have a 2002 bmw 330i with the ZF 5hp19 transmission and I recently flashed the e46 Alphina b3 tcu tune to it and I’m wondering the the side effects are and what should I worry about?
My 2002 bmw 330i’s 02 sensor/transmission harness has been grounding out and I can’t find the issue. If anyone can help me diagnose this and find the problem that would be very helpful. Also if someone has a replacement that would also help me out a lot. One more thing is how hard is it to replace? Because a shop is quoting me 1200+ to fix it.
So my 2002 bmw 330i recently went into limp mode and I found that there is a wire somewhere that is grounding with the car and causing a fuse to pop which puts my car into limp mode. Can anyone help me find out which wire is connected to this fuse and where to look so I can fix it. The fuse is the 2nd to the first one in the front.
I brought my car in because my transmission is in limp mode( they couldn’t find what it was) it sat for 2 weeks waiting and they brought it out to me like this. Luckily it stopped when i turned it on and off a couple times. And if anyone can PM me or comment on this to help me get it out of limp mode( fail safe mode ) you would be a life saver because I can’t access the transmission module those IPNA if that’s what it’s called.
I have catless headers but I haven’t put them on yet, does anyone have a oem+ tune? I only have a cold air intake but once I get my headers in I will buy a tune. Just mostly want it for throttle response and a little power
