I had a friend that while she was getting her bachelors in pharmacology , I had neuro science research I would share with her , that she actively wouldn’t engage with, acknowledge , discuss and when she did even went to lengths of invalidating or only had passive negative comments to make.

She is from the USA when I met her she was in California. I grew up in two Canadian cities , she comes from a very wealthy ( alt right) family that can afford to do what she wants, as well should acknowledge, she is very very book smart and would not take that away from her.

Tell me why now this year she’s in a neuroscience program that her supervisors framework mirrors up to 90% my research I would share , and she’s now since , meeting her , moved to the two Canadian cities I grew up in and the ONLY two universities I am most likely to commit my research to, that all my friends go to … etc. Despite living in California when I met her…. Is this someone I can trust, or am I over reacting myself?

Does she emotionally mimic your experiences in her own stories when talking to people?

Did my friend use my neuro science research while invalidating it? Is this a strange pattern, or am I being inconsiderate that I could just be inspiring someone?

I agree with her copying Brooke, which also leads me to believe we might be underestimating the new lengths of Tana’s strategic abilities for fame now that she can’t rely on drugs .. I mean she has been doing this as a career for years…. I guess we’ll see…
