It just hit my machine and I updated it, but I can't seem to find a changelog, googled and nothing about this new 01.03.65.00 update came up. Anyone have any clue?

U1
0.20mm with 0.4mm nozzle
Snorca
Vase mode
Octagram top surface
Eryone dual matte PLA
As the title states, the U1 has randomly started grabbing all tool heads in order 1-4 and displays "checking toolhead" before prints
Anyone else have this issue? on latest PAXX12 (12-21)
Help is appreciated!!!
Thanks
So I have experience with Bambu printers and have put on 700hrs on my U1.
But I've got to say I really enjoy the ease of use of Bambu printers through the bambu handy app.
I've currently found a workaround for sending prints to my snapmaker U1 remotely while I'm away from home. Please let me know if this is too convoluted or if there's an easier way to do this.
- Obtain 3mf file
- Slice with U1 slicer (https://github.com/taylormadearmy/u1-slicer-for-android)
- Upload to printer via octoeverywhere.
- Start the print from octo/snapmaker app.
Any easier way to do this? Lazy bum asking for advice.
Thanks
As the title implies currently own a P2S and a U1.

I'm keeping the U1 and selling my P2S as I'm finding myself needing a bigger bed volume. Which H series printer to get? An H2C is kind of redundant since I'm keeping the U1, but I'm torn as to I'll be missing the dual nozzles of the H2D or I'll be ok with the single nozzle but a bigger print bed?

Thanks for the guidance.
Hi all
Trying to print these cute seals on my Snapmaker U1.
Using 0.4mm nozzles for all toolchangers all on PLA. Doing this with 0.12 line/height (I think).
Using SnOrca, cryogrip plate.
Didnt modify any speed or retraction, left stock. Modified a makerworld 3mf file with one of those converters.
Thanks for the help!

As much as I try to fiddle with top layers/bottom layers I can't get them like they are in the picture on my u1. If I try to convert at most what I will get is a coaster where the entire inside is one color.
I want them to be all black outside and on the bottom of the infill - does that make sense?
What am I missing!!?
Thanks
Checked the Wiki, one of the suggested fixes is to check if the cable is very clearly correctly and properly screwed in, which it is. This has happened randomly lately, noticed it happening much more frequently on a pre-release build of paxx12, so I rolled back to one version prior (still pre-release so that may be the culprit?)
Happened while I'm at work so I obviously cant switch this toolhead's cable with another (as suggested in the wiki).
Anyone encountered this particular lovely error?
Feeling very frustrated like I made a bad choice not getting another bambu printer to go with my p2s which has been flawless. Especially after dealing with all the constant feeder errors which turns out were related to the "Air printing" setting being on high, turned that to low and none of those errors now. This last fix was suggested by technical support so kudos on that front at least.
I've written a couple posts regarding this (at least 1 I think) and I'd like some other users feedback. For context I'm trying to feed from a drybox located below the U1 (creality Pi4X) as I live in a 40-50% humidity area and can't do the open spool setup that snapmaker intended. I'm also limited horizontally for space so I can't just print drybox mods for the sides. I mean I can but that would be the very LAST straw.
I tried printing the rotating 90º feeder adapter (https://makerworld.com/en/models/2044385-snapmaker-u1-automatic-feeder-angle-adjustment-bra#profileId-2467011) but I kept getting filament loading anomalies and similar errors.
I've also bought a couple of extension cables off aliexpress so once they're here I'm planning on printing the more permanent 90º feeder mod (like this https://makerworld.com/en/models/2070255-snapmaker-u1-feeder-bottom-feed-rotation-block?from=search)
Anyway I have opted to restore them to their original positions and printed some 90º pfte tube guides so that the tubes have the appropriate bend and can feed from the dryer below.
Has anyone had ANY success with a setup similar to this? Do you get any errors or issues?
I can't be the only u1 user who feeds from below so I need someone to talk to and help me troubleshoot this please.
Thanks!
