Can someone help? 00 vs 0000 vs 0?

I've always wanted a Martin guitar. And now I can afford one.

Im a returning beginner who plays my electric mostly, but want to put a 'parlour' guitar in my office. I'm 5'3" lady, so a big dreadnought won't be comfortable?

I'm going to some local shops tomorrow, suggestions?

Quacky strats? Can it chug?

Can someone give me some examples of what they are describing with these tone adjectives?

Are they variations of effects pedals or are they intrinsic to certain guitars?

Songs or a YT channel would be appreciated.

I know its a stupid question, but I'm feeling stupid.

Did my good deed today.

I donated a classical guitar I haven't touched in years to the local high school music program (I even put new strings on it). The director was so happy she can let one more kid into the class at no expense.

I'm so happy some kid will be able to start their guitar journey on my sweet old guitar, instead of it rotting away in the closet.

Guitar in person teacher?

We are getting back into guitar, hubby and I might want to invest in some in person lessons. We want to play yacht rock 70s stuff mostly.

Any suggestions?

Daily/weekly etc maintenance.

Our first electric guitars and I can't find anything on the Fender website on how to take care of them. We have:

Fender 2003 Strat Standard MIM gun metal blue matte body

Fender 2025 Acoustasonic Tele Indonesian matte black.

How to maintain them with an hour of daily play each? Does the maple neck need different care than the rosewood neck?

Help!

And this is why I get my HVAC serviced regularly.

We put in a new American Standard heater and AC unit 7 years ago. Its been flawless.

It was time for the AC 'pre summer' checkup. And the capacitor was going out. Replaced by the tech under warranty, but not something I would like to deal with in the middle of an Arizona summer.

Capacitors are easy enough to change, but I don't want my 68yo husband climbing on the roof when its 105.

It's worth the $180 we spend a year getting the systems checked before winter and before summer (fall & spring).

TLDR get your systems checked!
