Been hitting the gym but my body fat mass is 43.2 lbs from my body scan, total fat percentage is 23.7%. Should I do something about my diet?

Trainer contract
EOSFitness got me into buying a 88 dollar 30 minutes biweekly, One-Month trainer contract. Is this worth it? I feel like it's a bit too much (Not even sure if it's a one-month contract, I assume so because I wanted to be able to reach my goal in a month). It only day one so I may have enough time to cancel.
Edit: They sent me the agreement contract, and it says 4 month and total $720 obligation, 88$ per bi-weekly

Why does my slide resonator guitar sound like this after replacing new string?
Before replacing the strings there was no rattle at all, but after I replaced the string that came with it with a resonator string (I also dust off the resonator cone) it started sounded weird while using my slide, especially when I play the low strings.

Buronson, one of the creators of Fist of the North Star, confirmed that Kenshiro's design and attitude are mainly based on Bruce Lee, combined with the post-apocalyptic aesthetic of the Mad Max movies. And Kim Dragon was also the Bruce Lee of World Heroes and had some influence from Kenshiro

Kenshiro vs Rock developer match in CoTW
I really like him having some backfist moves, a pendulum kick for normal, as well as legend kick. I'd say Kenshiro from the Fist of the North Star fighting game was more Bruce Lee-esque with his normals, and more moves from Fist of the North Star later chapters

Applied Graduation for Spring 2026 but didn't register for ceremony
I applied for Spring 2026 graduation, but I missed the deadline for the commencement ceromony (closed at the beginning of April) that will happen two days from now (May 11th) since it didn't show up on my to do list, can I still attend the ceremony on Fall 2026, December? My mom doesn't take this very well, since she told her friends that there'd be a ceremony this month.
