Tips for modifying a pattern?

Hey all, I’ve recently started my first ever knit project! I’m many rows in and have realized this (supposed to be) cropped cardigan is gonna be a little big width wise, so I’d like to just convert it into either a full size or even oversized cardigan instead. My question is: to make it longer, can I literally just add rows of stockinette? Or is there something else I have to do to make sure it doesn’t come out shaped weird?

Working a 1x1 rib for my very first knitting project! Is there anything I’m doing obviously wrong or tips you’d all like to share?

For those who have rebuilt a semi truck

My husband and I run expedited freight for FedEx Custom Critical. We were thinking about buying a very high mileage extended sleeper, expedite truck and replacing everything that matters. Engine, transmission, wheel bearings, etc..

For those who have had it done, about how much did it cost you to replace basically everything but the frame?

Was trying to capture the way the clouds were so thick that the automatic streetlights came on at 1pm and my phone AUTO BRIGHTENED THE PHOTO

The clouds were so dark and heavy it legitimately looked like nighttime.

EDIT: the phone is mounted. I did not take attention from the road to take this photo. I swiped left and clicked without even looking at the screen.

Not sure how it works, but Zepbound fixed my emotional eating issues.

I grew up very, very food insecure to the point of malnutrition. It really messed up my relationship with food because I started associating food with comfort and safety from a young age.

I was a bit skeptical Zepbound could help me because while I do have hormonal issues, I also knew a large part of my problem was psychological.

However, food just… tastes different now? There have been many times in the last month and a half I’ve gotten a comfort meal only to discover it just doesn’t do it for me anymore. I bite in expecting the extra oxytocin release that makes the food taste like happiness only to realize the food just tastes like food now.

I’m very pleased, but has anyone else had this experience as well? I haven’t seen a lot of talk about how it affects emotional eaters.

Will the DOT give me a citation for this?

Rest of the trailer is fine, everything seems structurally intact, seems to have just been scraped at some point.

First dose!

Did a bunch of meal prep for the week and have removed all carbonated and sugary beverages so I don’t feel tempted. Very excited to finally start this journey! :)
