I know any exercise is helpful and I’ve been walking/jogging some but one thing about being so ignorant to fitness is not knowing where to start as an obese person. There’s too much out there.

I would like to start dating but I fear that no one will like me on a first date. I get so anxious and start looking at everything else in the restaurant. I think I would be physically ill from the pressure. If I don’t vibe with someone, I won’t talk and can’t think of what to say.
