How do I support my girlfriend better whilst she’s on birth control?

My girlfriend is on the birth control pill and I’ve seen first hand the amount of side effects that it can have on a woman. My question to any other men who’ve been in relationships with women on birth control would be is there anything I should be doing to take the weight off of her a bit? Just want her to feel like she’s not alone.

My girlfriend 18F says she no longer finds me 18M physically attractive anymore. What would you do?

So my girlfriend (18F) and I (18m) have been together for three years now and as of recently she’d been acting really distant but also really short with me. Today I asked her why, because I’d noticed and it’s made me feel awful about myself, and she said she’s no longer physically attracted to me, yet she still loves me. To be honest, it broke me a bit. She won’t kiss me or hug me at all as she finds it ‘embarrassing’ and She doesn’t seem to want to fix anything but I’m trying so hard to make it right for both of us. It was her birthday last weekend and I spent an entire week making handmade gifts and buying her present and it just doesn’t seem to do anything. She is on birth control so whether that has anything to do with it I’m not sure, but yeah I feel so lost and unworthy right now. I just don’t know what to do. I really do love her, I’ve known here since we were 12 years old and I’d rather resolve the issue than break up, however if that is the only option then I’m prepared to do it, any advice would be amazing, thanks.

First safe, long term investment

Hi, I’m new to investing and obviously the S&P 500 is the big popular one that I hear everyone talking about. It seems really high right now though at 109 so do I wait or just get in now and expect it to gradually rise over the coming years?

Transfer requests

It’s probably already been discussed but why do my best players keep requesting transfers? Is there a way to prevent/reverse it.

Getting protein in

So I’m kind of new to taking my fitness really seriously and everything seems a bit overwhelming when starting out. My main concern is my diet, not that it’s bad, just what foods I should be focusing to lose weight whilst also getting my protein in. My current goal is around 1950 cals per day, with 140g protein, 65 fats and 210 carbs. I guess the overall question is what foods do you find most helpful to secure your protein intake for the day, whilst also maintaining a balanced diet? Any help would be great, Thank you😁
