I hate this pokemon. I disconnected all controllers in my settings restarted my switch levelled him up while it was upside down, it knows the move topsy turvy. It wont evolve 🫠

Worth grading?

Fairly new to tcg in general and have only sent Pokemon cards for grading so far, not too sure about if I should send this in to grading or not. There’s no marks or scratches on the card (case has some dust on it the actual card is fine though). Would this be able to get a 9 or 10?
