Days before period = best days

Anyone else? And why?

I actually feel like myself mentally and energy wise the last 5 ish days before my period. I need to be able to replicate this with hrt. Even just extend that feeling by a couple of weeks.

E or P most helpful for the rage and irritation

I know everyone’s different but tweaking my hrt and need to know which route to go.

Who found E was helpful/harmful and who found P was helpful/harmful for the irritability/anxiety/rage

Migraines- estrogen?

My migraines have gotten out of control and not responding to Botox or Triptans anymore. Just a quick post to ask who found raising estrogen helped? Or if progesterone got rid of them?

I get them at every hormonal transition shift each month and almost all of my follicular phase.

POTS and hrt for perimenopause

What works? I flair so badly in my follicular phase that I can hardly function. Then after ovulation I’m almost normal. I can’t sort out of my estrogen rising is the issue now or the missing progesterone that was helping in luteal or just low estrogen in that part.

These hormonal symptoms are what let to finally being diagnosed with pots….

Follicular phase is awful

I feel so, so bad right at the end of my period roughly until ovulation or a bit after (never fully sure when I do). This has been since mid 30s and I’m almost 41 now.

Migraines, brainfog, crippling anxiety, panic, depression, tight chest, night sweats, bad sleep, itching, joint pain, hard to think clearly, reflux etc.

Anyone else? What hrt helped? Do I need estrogen?

Hrt anxiety/panic

I’ve had more anxiety since starting estrogen patch but it peaks on patch change days.

For those of you who this happens to, is it most likely from the drop or the rise?

Have a lot of you noticed that your low E symptoms increase when on trt?

If so, did increase estrogen hrt help or did you have to reduce the trt?

And has anyone’s doctor explained why this happened? I always just hear how T aromatizes into E but nothing else

Has hrt helped anyone with this symptom? If so, was it more the E or P that helped?

It’s like a floaty and disconnected feeling almost like before or after a migraine.
