Another Addition to her collection! 😬
Hot Wheels has been absolutely nailing it with their fantasy cars lately. This one feels premium, with a solid all-metal body and a nice heft to it.
Is watching reels while driving becoming the new drinking and driving?
Yesterday around 1 PM, I took an Uber, and the driver was constantly scrolling through Instagram reels while driving. It wasn’t just checking his phone for a secondhe was actually watching videos while the car was moving.
Honestly, it was terrifying.
After a while, I politely told him, “Bhai, thoda dhyan do.” He immediately put the phone away and seemed like a genuinely nice kid.
I don’t think he meant any harm. But what surprised me was that he didn’t seem to realize just how dangerous it was.
We’ve spent years talking about the dangers of drinking and driving, but it feels like watching reels while driving is quietly becoming just as common. A few seconds of distraction at city speeds can be enough to ruin lives.
Has anyone else noticed this happening more often? Or was I just unlucky?
Is watching reels while driving becoming the new drinking and driving?
Yesterday around 1 PM I took an Uber, and the driver was constantly scrolling through Instagram reels while driving. Not just checking a notification or changing a song, he was literally watching reels while the car was moving.
It was honestly scary.
After a while I politely said, “Bhai, thoda dhyan do.” He immediately put his phone away. He seemed like a nice kid and I genuinely don’t think he meant any harm. But what shocked me was that he didn’t even seem to realize how dangerous what he was doing was.
We’ve spent years talking about drinking and driving, but is watching reels while driving becoming the new pandemic? It feels like people have become so used to it that they don’t even think twice anymore.
A few seconds with your eyes off the road is all it takes for someone’s life to change forever.
Is Raghav Chadda becoming the new Arjun Kapoor on Instagram 😭
I knew I had seen this pattern somewhere before! 👀
Request to the Everyone!🙏
I understand that a lot of new collectors get anxious during major releases, but the sub tends to get flooded with the same PO and delivery-related questions over and over again.
Would it be possible to create a dedicated mega thread for preorder updates, order confirmations, shipping status, and delivery queries? We could then redirect repetitive posts there to keep the feed cleaner and more useful for everyone.
That way, people can still get help, share updates, and support each other without the sub being overwhelmed by the same questions every day.
Or any other solution.
Understanding the Supply Chain: How Are These Singles Being Sourced?
I’ve seen this quite a few times now in some of these “reputed” WhatsApp groups and I’m genuinely curious how this works.
As far as I know, Boulevards are made and sold in sets/cases. So how does someone end up with 65 pieces of a single casting like the Enzo Ferrari?
Am I missing something? Is there a way for importers or retailers to directly buy specific castings, or are cases getting broken up somewhere and the popular cars sold separately?
Not accusing anyone of anything, just trying to understand the supply chain. I keep seeing people with huge quantities of one casting even before most collectors have seen the full set.
Would be great if someone who knows the import/distribution side of the hobby could explain how it actually works.
Mini GT Skeleton: Is the scarcity actually real? I think its Fomo
The MRP is ₹1,799 for the blister and ₹1,659 for the box. I get that it’s imported and there are additional costs involved, but is the pricing really justified?
I’ve already got my PO in and I’m still waiting to receive it, so I’m not complaining, just genuinely curious. Have people become that impatient that they’re willing to pay way above retail, or is there actual scarcity here?
Also, what’s with the “preference will be given to old buyers” and “no first-timers will be entertained” thing? I understand prioritizing loyal customers when quantities are limited, but completely ruling out new buyers feels a bit odd.
