I don't get many visitors, so I offer a coffee or a drink of some kind. I don't have people that just pop in, so I know what's expected on the visit that we have organised. Do people still do the pop in? I have bottled water in the fridge. I mainly have them for delivery drivers on a hot day. Do you keep food, just in case someone stops by?

Where I live is in an incredibly quiet and peaceful block of units. 2mths ago, I got a new next-door neighbour.

I haven't met him. He basically works and sleeps. He has never taken his bin out.

I just watched him take a bag of rubbish to his bin, he tried to push it in, the lid could not shut.

It's bin day!! It's a public holiday, but it's BIN DAY!!

I would like to extend a conversation about an individual that made my life smile all my years. His saxophone skills will live with me forever. His passing I cannot accept is real. Unfortunately, he has passed.

I made the mistake of taking a half dose and was up for over a day. Having nightmares was one of the reasons I wanted to get off this mediation. I had the worst nightmares last night. All night, all I could smell is smoke. A horrible ashtray smell. My digestive system is not happy.

How long will detox last?

My Dr said to detox off of Duloxetine, one day on, one day off. Take one. Skip.This is what I have done. For the last 10 days .I have read everyone's posts. I'm absolutely dreading what is going to happen to me in a few weeks time.
