Week 3 and nothing is happening.

Edit - I am on tirzepatide.

So I started on week one at 1.5mg. Same thing second week.

Directions say move to 3mg but I am taking it slow and went to 2mg.

Literally nothing is happening. Maybe a touch of constipation.

My dose was on Wed night. Should I take the 1mg thst would bring me up to 3mg?

Doesn't really feel like microdosing but I am not sure.

The floor was clean, the door was shut, and then I started opening cheese.

English Mastiff

I have a female English Mastiff who is a bit sensitive. She is a brindle so I get "is that a pit, why is IT so big" from ignorant people as they herd their child, Yorkie, grandma, to the other side of the street.

House hippos are lovely.

Anyway.

She has the standard big 'ole smushy face and I am wondering if any EM owners have good luck with a particular brand?

Custom rings and earrings.

Twenty years ago my darling walked into a jewelry store and after looking around asked them to disassemble two pairs of earrings to make a ring based off of our birthstones, ruby and peridot. He had them make a rose. Years later, when creating our set we based it off the idea. The jeweler, R & R Jewelers did an amazing job. My DH would contact him a couple of years later and surprise me with matching earrings.

Original ring - D. Geller and Son - ruby and peridot in 14k white gold.

Set and earrings - R & R Jewelers - ruby, green diamond, white diamond, white gold, rose gold, green gold, and yellow gold. Mine is a reverse cradle. The earrings have omega clasps since I have dexterity issues. (Professional photos of the set are courtesy of the creator.)

I am still awed by the craftsmanship of the jeweler and love from my other half.

Multiple reasons to do this.

I am starting tonight with my first shot. My weight is borderline but I have a severe lower back injury. Couple of failed surgeries and now permanently disabled while often using a cane. Every bit of weight counts and while I use a modified elliptical machine, exercise is hard on my body. (But I do it anyway.) This is absolutely a medical necessity, even if a lot of folks don't view it at such.

Between this and my mom having developed diabetes at about the same age I am, I am hopeful this will prevent that while dealing with some of the weight I have worked hard for control over.

Kinda nervous but hopeful.

Is there any way to search where you don't end up with page after page of "Various Sizes" drop shipped garbage?

I use Posh to buy second hand clothing that has a lot of life left in it.

My other half asked me if I was doing a "no shopping month" or something because I am not buying anymore. But I can't browse just for fun. I have to know exactly what I am looking for and even then I am very likely going to have to sort through purposefully mis marked crap. (No. I am not going to look for a 100% wool blazer with a lining and see an unlined, polyester, unstructured cropped *office to drinks jacket* and think, "oh this is practically the same thing!")

I just want to browse for fun. No shows. No bad AI. Or AI at all. No Shein via Posh.

Is that no longer possible on Poshmark?

I need a button you can smack and get a Prepotente scream.

Lots of uses.

Boss being an ass during a conference call?

Your cycle suddenly surprises you?

Some weirdo ringing your doorbell to sell you something?

Last of the brownies gone and just a pan full of crumbs left behind?

The cat hacks something up on the new rug?

Now, you tell me that a Prepotente special wouldn't be absolutely perfect for all the above scenarios?

I need this button.

So I need a button I can push and have my Kindle bring up one of my unread pile.

It would be a great way to challenge myself too.
