i'm sorry but they're ugly as FUCK. why the hell are their bow-shawl things so big? and why are they all the same shade of pink? DON'T GET ME WRONG, pink is my favorite color >!(and tbh the shade of pink looks totes adorbs on mystique, but ONLY mystique)!<, and i KNOW it's the de facto girly color, but just because it's THE girly color don't mean all the members have to have it in their color schemes! same thing with the capes, that indigo-purple gradient looks cute on answer but not on everyone else. also, this is extremely nitpicky but they're very samey if you split them into duos. i mean- granted, answer and mystique did always look similar to each other, but eclair and arcana didn't, so perhaps it's to symbolize something? dunno. but like- not even different shapes or colors for their capes and bow-shawl things? lameeeeee.

slide 3:

color scheme is cute and all but the top part of answer's upgrade fit is kinda ass. everything else is cute tho and yellow dœs look splenderous on her :3

ngl, i'm not sure what to think abt these girlies. on 1 hand, the desicion to not have aj and rarity with them from the start is...a really bad choice, and also the artstyle isn't my cup of tea (prob bc i ADORE G4's artstyle, and imo these designs would lꝏk AMAZİNG in it), but on the other hand, i LOVE the streaks in their hair (ESP TWİLİGHT, SHE LOOKS SO ENDEARİNG WİTH THEM) and rainbow's new cut is awesome.

hint: they're all from the same franchise

but anyways, i stumbled across a goldmine: APPLE CHANCERY'S ALT GLYPHS...although some of them are cropped but STİLL

i mean- the website the screenshots came from required me to pay up to get my hands on the damn thing but whatevs, İ'M SO HAPPY RNNNNN

ok, i KNOW the spacing on some of these is...questionable but the letters themselves are so pretty and they lowk fit way better with the lowercase letters (i know the default uppercase letters aren't in italic for historical reasons but THAT'S NOT WHAT WE'RE TALKING ABOUT).

İf you don't know what i'm talking about, it's the "Uppercase letters are in italic and lowercase letters are normal and viceversa" style/trope.

İ know Anaktoria was based on Grecs Du Roi and all, but for the love of God, i just hate the style!

Like- maybe it's because i'm autistic and my autistic brain is like "EW İT'S İNCONSİSTENT" but...ok, yeah, that might as well BE the reason why i hate the style so much.

DON'T GET ME WRONG, asymmetricality can be done well, but when it's done like THİS? No. Absolutely not.

DON'T GET ME WRONG 2, Anaktoria is a really pretty font, despite the main issue i have with it >!(also did you know that anaktoria has swash caps? now you do (source: i put anaktoria in wakamai fondue), and tbh, imo, the swash caps lꝏk way better and more cohesive with the lowercase letters, though i might have to showcase them in a different post)!<
