Can anyone help with this noisy aio fan problem, it just started happening and i got this pc around a year ago from nzxt

I am 18 and I noticed how thin my hair is when I part it. How bad is this and is there any ways I can fix it? I do not have a lot of stress in my life and I sea salt spray/clay as products. If there are any products that could help me, how can i implement them into my hair products?
