Planning to resign tomorrow, how can I break this to my manager. I am taking a break for exam preparation. I thought of asking for long leaves but they kept on telling me to reach out to a person who gave another contact and so on. I have nothing against this firm and I am not joining elsewhere

How to get a long leave approved? 4-5 months

How can I up skill in these? I am a traditional ABAP developer. Is there any online coaching that will give me hands on experience?

Guys I was promoted to Scon level last year but I have not been leading a team. There is no opportunity. Within my project there are several clusters and in my cluster there is the need of just one person - me.
