Did anyone notice their eye floaters become more noticeable during pregnancy? Around 2nd trimester, I noticed my existing floaters became more noticeable and I got a few more new ones in my third trimester. Did it become less noticeable for anyone after they gave birth? I don’t have pre eclampsia. Pre E floaters are scotoma and spots, which I don’t have. I have vitreous floaters.

Hi— I’ve been retina specialist and not retina related. But when I enter a dark room from a lit room, turn off the lights or drive under a dark bridge, I get a a brief arc of flash in my left peripheral vision. Anyone else get this as well? I do have dry eyes. I’m also pregnant, so maybe pregnancy hormones, fluid retention?

Hi— I am 34 weeks pregnant but at 22 weeks pregnancy, I’ve been experiencing some wild visual disturbances. Whenever I transition from light to dark, I have arc shaped light or orb that goes down my peripheral vision. It happens when I turn off the light and go into the dark, drive under a bridge. I’ve been to retina specialist, so my retina is fine. I have low BP, so no pre eclampsia. It only happens in one eye for up to 3 seconds, so it’s not migraine. Anyone else with this experience? Please positive replies only!
I was recently diagnosed with partial PVD. I have flashing orbs and arcs in my peripheral vision but the odd thing is that it doesn’t flash when I move my eyes or head, it tends to flash randomly even when my head is still and I notice it especially when I’m urinating or after I empty my bladder. Anyone with similar experience? Please no negative stories, I’m trying to be very positive during this process.
