2007 Honda shadow 1100

Video of of my front wheel and brake. Is it supposed to sound like that? It does sound worse in the video but still. Are they supposed to be touching like that?

Also and what I'm mainly worried about... my steering feels very weird sometimes when I'm taking a turn like to the left or right onto another street

I didn't feel anything the first few times riding with my lady and then we went somewhere and it felt like the bike was going to lose control. Very strange feeling.

I checked the fork but holding break and pushing down but I don't really have a frame of reference for how it's supposed to be.

So I bought a used pair of Ariat rebars size 9½ off an auction site for like $25 iirc.. they were pretty tight but I liked the style so I bought a pair of the same boots in a size 10wide off Amazon bc I can return them

Im unsure on what its supposed to feel like. Im between sizes 9½-10 so I usually go larger to avoid cramped toes and feet

If I push my foot forward in the toe box I have a pretty large gap in the heel. I can fit my fingers behind the heel when I push my foot foward. Is it Normal?

When im walking the heels slides a bit.. should I try the 9½ wides or is this normal
