autism rate is higher than we think

does anyone else feel like the autism rate is way higher? They say it’s about 3% of people but i have a feeling it’s way higher than that, maybe even above 10%

I feel like there’s so many people I interact with in public that I can tell have autism but they have no idea and haven’t been diagnosed.

Even some of my family won’t accept that they have autism, but it’s clear they do.

yoga results

I’ve always been skeptical about yoga actually working, so I started it, I’ve been doing it for only a month now and the results are crazy to me

in just 1 month of practicing everyday for 10-30 minutes:

My posture has gotten noticeably better

I can reach my toes when i’ve never been able to

I feel more relaxed everyday

I don’t have any pain after a long day of working

I feel less stressed

and i’m building muscle!

So if you’re thinking about starting yoga do it!!

bone pain during yoga

Hi guys! I just started doing yoga about a month ago, and i really love it, it helps me feel relaxed and and my body has never felt better.

One thing that’s really difficult for me is that my bones hurt badly when i’m doing yoga. When I lay on my back and bring my knees to my chest, the bones in my lower back are so painful against the mat that i can’t even do the pose, same thing with my knees and elbows.

Also, I’m only 19 years old and i’ve always had this problem my whole life. in gym class doing sit-ups was painful because my tailbone and lower back were so boney.

I’m wondering if my form is wrong or if i just have really big bones

why don’t people ask questions back

I’ve noticed a lot that when i’m talking to people and I ask them questions about themselves, they never seem to ask me any questions back. I always feel like i’m such a bad conversationalist but people don’t seem to show any interest in asking about me.

Like for example I asked one of my co workers who i’m friendly with and have know for a few months what her kind of music she listens to and she answered the question in detail but, she didn’t ask anything back and instead the conversation died after a few minutes.

why do people do this? am i missing something? I love to ask people questions about themselves and when people do ask me questions i always ask things back so it’s not like we are talking at each other, but instead talking with each other
