Stopped smoking after 8 years of daily use!
I was aware that REM sleep was an important aspect of sleeping, but never knew it would be this different after quitting!
The dreams I get are so vivid, I wake up out of my sleep remembering everything that happened. Going from no dreams at all in 8 years (except few nightmares like my teeth falling out or falling from high places) to now dreaming so vividly every single time I sleep has changed my mood drastically, my sleep feels deeper and I feel way way more rested. It has been 35 days now of me not smoking at all, and the dreams just get more and more fun. What are your guys thoughts on this? I’m very curious of other peoples experiences, sorry if this is the wrong place to post this!
